Our Guarantee
We here at Enchanted Door personally choose every piece of material used in our products. Each item may vary in graining, texture, color, and on occasion, slightly in size. We do our best by triple checking everything to be sure we provide the best handmade accessory for your imagination. If we have missed something, please let us know, we will make every effort for your satisfaction.

We welcome comments & suggestions! Please, if you have anything you wish to say about our products and/or service, we would love to hear from you. Just fill out the contact form and drop us a few lines. We will also post customer photos. If you would like to share your unique enchanting creations, attach a photo or two and inspire us! When corresponding to either, please provide your first and last name, city & state, and email address for our records. We will respond as soon as we can. We reserve the right to post comments and/or photos, and promise to never post your full name or email address, only your first name & last initial, along with your city & state. Thank you to everyone who responds! This will help up to grow... and as an appreciation for your time, we may occasionally have drawings for giveaways and discounts. (In which we reserve the same rights) Check back often, as these will be posted.

Return Policy
We do our best to provide a quality, well made product, but cannot control what happens after it leaves our hands. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us within three days of receipt. If we cannot make other arrangements, we will replace the item, or refund your money once we receive the item in return and have ruled out improper handling. (Shipping cost will not be refunded) No refunds will be honored if these steps are not taken. When inquiring, please provide your name, address, email, items ordered & delivery confirmation number from package. All of our shipments will have delivery confirmation. It would also be helpful if you supply which method of payment you used for quicker processing.
